1) Prospective authors are invited to submit their original unpublished work to ELECRiS 2026. The length of the paper should be four (4) to six (6) pages long including figures, tables, references and appendices (written in English). The conference paper format and template can be downloaded from HERE.
2) Paper should be submitted online through EDAS System.
3) Reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. All accepted and presented papers at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in indexed databases such as Scopus, subject to the evaluation and approval of the respective indexing body.
As a Scopus-indexed international conference, we implement a stringent plagiarism screening process. The similarity check is generally more rigorous than Turnitin. Authors are advised to use their institution’s Turnitin account to ensure the similarity index is below 25% before submission.
Step 1. Paper Revision and Formatting
Please revise your paper based on the reviewer(s)’ evaluation. The final manuscript must follow the conference paper template (available in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format).
Please note that only revised papers with a similarity index below 25% (based on Turnitin or equivalent software) will be considered for inclusion in the final conference proceedings.
Step 2. IEEE PDF eXpress Conversion
Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using 70177X as the conference ID. If your IEEE PDF eXpress®-generated PDF is showing errors not found in the source, you can Request a Manual Conversion. More information on using IEEE PDF eXpress can be obtained here: More Info
Step 3. Registration and Payment
Please register your submission and payment (Credit Card only) through EDAS system before uploading your final manuscript. Payment Link.
At least one author must register at the full rate to ensure the paper’s inclusion in the proceedings.
Step 4. IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF)
Please sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF). To do so, choose ‘My Papers’ tab in EDAS system then go to ‘Copyright form’ row and click [+]. Then click the button of IEEE Copyright Submission. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the conference proceeding.
Step 5. Final Manuscript
Upon completion of Step 4, please upload the PDF file from Step 2. To do so, choose ‘My Papers’ tab in EDAS system then go to Final Manuscript row and upload PDF file.
The conference enforces a strict “no show” policy.
Accepted papers must be presented by at least one registered author—either physically or virtually—to qualify for publication and submission to indexing databases.
Papers without a presenting author will be excluded from the official proceedings.
