1) Prospective authors are invited to submit their original unpublished work to ELECRiS 2026. The length of the paper should be four (4) to six (6) pages long including figures, tables, references and appendices (written in English). The conference paper format and template can be downloaded from Here.

2) Paper should be submitted online through EDAS System: https://edas.info/N34539

3) Reviews will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers. All accepted and presented papers at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in indexed databases such as Scopus, subject to the evaluation and approval of the respective indexing body.

Plagiarism

As a Scopus-indexed international conference, we implement a stringent plagiarism screening process. The similarity check is generally more rigorous than Turnitin. Authors are advised to use their institution’s Turnitin account to ensure the similarity index is below 25% before submission.

Final Manuscript Submission Guideline

Step 1. Paper Revision and Formatting

Please revise your paper based on the reviewer(s)’ evaluation. The final manuscript must follow the conference paper template (available in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format).

Format: [Will be announced soon]

Please note that only revised papers with a similarity index below 25% (based on Turnitin or equivalent software) will be considered for inclusion in the final conference proceedings.

Step 2. PDF Conversion

Your final paper must be converted into PDF format that complies with the publisher’s requirements.
If your converted PDF shows formatting or compatibility errors, you may request a manual conversion from the conference secretariat.
Detailed instructions and templates are available on the conference website.

Step 3. Registration and Payment

Please complete the payment of the registration fee via credit card (through EDAS) or direct bank transfer before uploading your final manuscript.
At least one author must register at the full rate to ensure the paper’s inclusion in the proceedings.
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.

Step 4. Copyright Agreement

Authors are required to sign and submit the Publication Copyright Form to grant permission for publication in the conference proceedings and subsequent submission to indexing databases (e.g., Scopus).

Step 5. Final Upload

After completing Step 4, please upload the final PDF version of your manuscript through EDAS (or the conference submission portal). Ensure that the file name matches your paper ID.

Author No-Show Policy

The conference enforces a strict “no show” policy.
Accepted papers must be presented by at least one registered author—either physically or virtually—to qualify for publication and submission to indexing databases.
Papers without a presenting author will be excluded from the official proceedings.
